Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.  Jeremiah 18:18

Many of them said, “He has a demon, and is insane; why listen to him?”  John 10:20 ESV

But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till [there was] no remedy.   2 Chronicles 36:16

They glory in their shame

Stefon has been stalking me for some time now and has “attended” the Tuesday night services at Springs of Life Church for the last few weeks.  Russell was the guide who brought him into my Gethsemane and drives him back to his abode, RHC, after service.  Russell and Corey camped together on the creek the winter of 2009-2010 and shared an adjacent room at the Express Inn when I was there that spring.  Both left Restoring Hope Church about the same time last year and haven’t been back.  Springs of Life Church ministers to us homeless with a service and dinner and they raffle off free night stays to a few congregants at the motel every week.  Last fall, I started winning every week and I didn’t question it but was thankful to my Father for his sabbath provision through the winter.  Then Russell started coming to the church and the two of us started sharing the weekly accommodation.  Stefon has also won a room the last two weeks.  This morning I awoke to see Russell making a cup of coffee for his friend.  What’s he doing here? I asked.  Oh, he won a room last night, too.  What about the demonic onslaught when he exercised the Jimmy option and attacked me relentlessly during the service with every curse, lie, slander and false accusation his father could think of in a murderous rage as everyone in attendance pretended nothing was happening?  He called me a madman, bringing madness into the church, and revealed his own fixations in the process.  [20] Many of them said, “He has a demon, and is insane; why listen to him?”  (John 10:20 ESV)   He misquoted and contradicted many of the words God has given me.  He said I told him he would have his throat ripped out with a corresponding gesture.  He said I claimed to be King David reincarnated and had previously accused me of claiming to be Jesus Christ himself.  What kind of fool would make that claim?  An unstable fool.  Again and again, it was, An apostle you are not.  That’s your opinion, I countered.  When he said I was not allowed in the church, I said we ought to obey God rather than men.  He asked me if I thought he was God and I replied, No, I don’t think you are God, but a man.  I suppose I can give him that.  If I weren’t careful, he warned, he would get in the flesh.  I could feel the love.  Then he played to the crowd, saying I love you and how much he wanted God’s best for me and that I should do well.  I almost choked.  Let no man take me for a fool.  At no time did he ask, Why am I doing this?  I thought, Well, he’s part of the church; the Lord replied, He’s part of this church.  The Bible says, They hate me without cause.  Jesus told me, David showed his enemies no mercy.  [14] A king’s wrath is a messenger of death, and a wise man will appease it.  (Proverbs 16:14 ESV)  But David behaved himself wisely in all he did.  We remember King Saul and the demon he received when the Holy Spirit passed to David, a man after God’s own heart.  I believe Jason may have such a problem.  Stefon barely touched his dinner, but at least he arrived on time and was there for the singing, the message and the meal and not just because, and he didn’t try to lead me in the sinner’s prayer.   Jesus doesn’t want me to let them get to me.  Ignore it; don’t worry about it; I’ll take care of it.   Nobody seemed to notice anything, so I guess it’s OK.

[10] His watchmen are blind;
they are all without knowledge;
they are all silent dogs;
they cannot bark,
dreaming, lying down,
loving to slumber.
(Isaiah 56:10 ESV)

But I did rebuke Satan in the name of the Lord.  Jesus said, I  heard you say it.  May the Lord reward him as his deeds deserve.  But unlike King Saul,  Shimei outlived David, who left him for Solomon to deal with, so we can’t assume he will deal with all our enemies the same way in all instances.  He, you recall, was the guy who cursed and threw stones at David and they wanted to kill him on the spot but David interceded on his behalf.  Look at “Saul” of Tarsus, who [13] … persecuted the church of God violently and tried to destroy it.*  (Galatians 1:13 ESV)  Now he is our favorite apostle, author of the Love Chapter.  When I told my earthly father**, The Lord rebuke you Satan, he fell to a ruptured aorta only a few hours later.  I thought it was just religious rhetoric, but I saw Jesus standing behind him when I said it.  He told me, The pain was terrible.  The point is, we just never know with God, but we have to trust him in all things.  I told the Lord one time, “It all seems so contrived.”  He replied, “The damage is real.”  Nor can I assume, as my numerous enemies do, that I am always right at all times.  I hope to accede to Christ, the son of David, as all in all.

[49] Therefore also the Wisdom of God said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill and persecute,’  [50] so that the blood of all the prophets, shed from the foundation of the world, may be charged against this generation,  (Luke 11:49,50 ESV)  Jesus says that leadership is coming from all over the world to pray for me as (declare me) an apostle.

Jesus said, To find the man of God, look for the persecution.  He said, We’re gonna rumble.  Again, It’s a faith walk now.  In the book of Acts, we notice that a large part of the persecution which came against Paul was due to the “plottings of the Jews”.  The same is true today.  It bothers me when the churches coddle these people.

*[4] His tail swept down a third of the stars of heaven and cast them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she bore her child he might devour it.
(Revelation 12:4 ESV)

Always question everyone’s motives

Hopefully by now you have read my desultory account of happenings at Restoring Hope Church because I feel it is time to add an update on the web of deceit.  You have read about dour, unctuous Jason the Magnificent, whom I brought to the church a year and a half ago from the homeless shelter and who has managed to actually live at the church ever since while many other homeless have come and gone who were anointed by pastor Doug Anderson to live there, too.  I am the outlier and have been subject to their whims, like excommunication, and sleep on the front porch behind the church, or under the bridge, as the Lord leads.  Therefore let us go to him outside the camp and bear the reproach he endured.  (Hebrews 13:13 ESV)  The Lord said, Rub their faces in it.  Slick is smooth with Scripture and has come to lead the Bible study which runs five mornings per week.  But I still sense something isn’t right with him and I’m waiting on the Lord to show me how to proceed.  I guess the toothache wasn’t convincing; he had it the very day I was scheduled to teach, the day after I corrected Doug when he told us all that he wanted Jason to teach, and he was unable to speak because of the pain.  His attitude toward me is very weird, but not unique, but this is the kingdom of God and I keep my shoes off when on holy ground.  The church of God is the house of God.  … if I delay, you may know how one ought to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, a pillar and buttress of the truth.  (1 Timothy 3:15 ESV)  He’s just part of the tag team.

Many use my Name

Stefon the Stiffnecked was brought in to replace Jimmy Gilpin, who I knew by revelation to be a federal agent and from experience, a provocateur, who left Restoring Hope Church several months ago from sheer embarrassment after I also had introduced him to the church from the homeless shelter and has been hiding out at the Church of the Lord of Glory ever since; pastor Jerry Kintz thinks he is a real man of God, that God is all over him, I am told.  Stefon told me he was going over to the Lord of Glory to visit Jimmy.  I never knew Stefon to visit there and I didn’t know they kept in touch after all this time.  Like Jimmy before, he sits at Doug’s right hand and represents the pastor’s secret first line of defense against me.  He and Jason live together at the church and bulldog me whenever possible.  Jesus said, People will go to any length to make the man of God look like a fool but they laugh at me when I say I am persecuted even though the Bible says, All who would live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.  I have been accused of having a “persecution complex”; in other words, there is something wrong with me.  A few more strangers have moved in over the last week or so, too.  I told him his insolence to the man of God would be punished and when he said three times, An apostle you are not, I told him that the last guy who said that got his throat cut out, but he said that won’t happen to him.  Funny how the self-righteous can take a word of warning as a challenge.  This morning I had a vision of him and got the word Any time.  Therefore let anyone who thinks that he stands take heed lest he fall.  (1 Corinthians 10:12 ESV)  I think it no coincidence that Doug has been at death’s door for weeks for he, in a symbiotic way, has been their support system.  Doug preached at the church this Mother’s Day morning; I looked at one of his sons and the Lord indicated that he is keeping him alive for his family’s sake.  He will gently lead those that are with young.  (Isaiah 40:11)

They hate me without cause

I remember one incident in the spring of 2010.  Some of the homeless were sleeping at the church and homeless Corey stood up to Doug on my behalf.  He said, “You know he’s homeless; why don’t you let him stay here?  If anything is missing, just trust God to replace it.”  Whatever that meant.  Maybe Satan told them I was a thief.  The devil loves to demonize me and he’s very influential here.  Corey did 17 years in prison for armed robbery, but that was OK; he was accepted in the Beloved.  I, on the other hand, am the best man Jesus ever met, but I’m despised and rejected and sleep on the front porch out back.  I watched Pastor Doug slap on that goofy grin and stare off into space.  End of discussion.  I believe that occurred before Computer Mike dropped me off at the mission and when I reached into the back of his truck for my bags, he gunned it, intending to run over my left foot.  Click here for possible follow-on.  He never came back to the church after that, but God did drive him out of his apartment with fumigation.  I walked in one day and Doug and Jimmy confronted me and demanded, Where is your camp?  I declined to answer, for security reasons, I said.  But I owe them an apology.  Jesus said, Why does everyone hate him so much?  If they hate me, they will hate you also.

Obama sin Laden

Here’s where it gets kinky.  Both Jason and Stefon are black.  A month ago, Pastor Garrett, who is also black, started preaching on Fridays and now, Mondays.  Black Larry, whose name is Randolph at the shelter, has been there the last week or so.  In Romans 12 we have gifts of grace and in 1 Corinthians 12 we have gifts of the Spirit.  Larry has a gift of gab and a kindred spirit.  There are no white ministers apart from Doug, though some have come and gone.  Last Friday, I was the only white person among a half-dozen blacks.  I wonder how much of this is known to Doug, who has been convalescing at home for a while.  In the past, I have reviewed for you the undercurrent of hostility I have felt there all along.  They say I am cursing Doug and the church when I state the facts (we prophesy by faith) and are tight-lipped when I explain from the scripture, which they claim to love, about the “sin unto death” in 1 John 5:16.  Therefore also will I make thee sick in smiting thee, in making thee desolate because of thy sins.  (Mic 6:13 KJV)  And the LORD your God will put all these curses on your foes and enemies who persecuted you.  (Deuteronomy 30:7 ESV)  The Lord says, What part of this don’t you understand?  They zealously watch me like hawks and jealously play Keep Away, or Monkey in the Middle, with my Father’s provisions which come from Care and Share etc.  The church is their own private snack bar.  When the last bag of Combos is gone, they will panic.  Jason told Stefon, Don’t let David go down to the basement; Doug won’t like it.  He rudely rebuked me for drinking my own tea,  because I took it from the kitchen, where, apparently, neither I nor the tea were supposed to be, and he mistakenly assumed it was his.  I only left it in there because one of the squirrels on the front porch chewed through the top of the can.  I swear it.  I have seen them rudely turn someone away from the food pantry and I told them that was a test, her coming in.

But, of course, I was wrong.  Everything I think, do or say is called into question and refuted with a condescending lecture about the Bible.  I could tell them Hesperus is the Evening Star and they would ask, Where is that in the Bible?  But if I tell them that the Bible says women are not to speak in the church, well!  that is heresy.  They believe the Bible, after all.  And who am I anyway to call that into question?  Jesus told me, I want people to know I’m bigger than the Bible.  I remember when pompous Fred (NLN) was conspicuously present.  He was an overbearing Bible expert brought in from First Presbyterian to lead our humble group for a while after Mike McCartney was kicked out of the church and kept me in my place, too.   Jesus said, In every movement there are winners and losers.   In class I said, Jesus gives us the glory which the Father gave him.  He said that wasn’t in the Bible.  I humbly corrected him: It is written, The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, (John 17:22 ESV)  Again, he pontificated that Jesus never referred to himself as the Son of God (!) but that John 3:16 should be in black not red.  I humbly corrected him:

This was why the Jews were seeking all the more to kill him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.
So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all that he himself is doing. And greater works than these will he show him, so that you may marvel. For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom he will. The Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him. Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
“Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself.  (John 5:18-26 ESV)

35 If he called them gods to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be abroken—36 do you say of him whom bthe Father consecrated and csent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because dI said, ‘I am the Son of God’?  (John 10 ESV)

He claimed that the great sufferings of Paul for Christ’s name’s sake were not a consequence of the sufferings he had inflicted on the church.  I humbly corrected him:

But Ananias answered, “Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he has done to your saints at Jerusalem. And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on your name.” But the Lord said to him, “Go, for he is a chosen instrument of mine to carry my name before the Gentiles and kings and the children of Israel. For I will show him how much he must suffer for the sake of my name.”
(Acts 9:13-16 ESV).

But I held out hope for him one last time.  I told the group that the wickedness we were discussing was manifesting in the group at that very moment because I brought them the word of the Lord and no one believed it.  Nothing changed even with that rebuke.  I answered Jason that each man chooses blessing or cursing for himself; I can’t choose for him.  After pastor Doug got sick, he never came back.

They cop this attitude, like, we know the truth about you, but we’re not telling.  Jesus said, We lie by not telling the truth.  And then, They don’t want to tell you the truth.  Many people seem to believe that God put me here to eat their shit, but I feel that both of them have to go as they are a stronghold in the church, which they claim to serve.  They will put you out of the synagogues.  Indeed, the hour is coming when whoever kills you will think he is offering service to God.  (John 16:2 ESV)  But Stefon seems more cordial toward me now that the balance of power has shifted.  He gave me a tea bag for coming to church last Sunday.

Several years ago I had a dream without the mention of which this post would not be possible.  Some may consider it racist, but it is from the Lord.  I saw a black man with a silver platter in his hands and he was admiring his reflection in it.  His lips were protruding forward to kiss his image.  Jesus said, If they didn’t give it all to the monkeys, I would not have reconsidered.   I never really knew what it meant and have been reluctant to recount such things for obvious reasons.  Jesus called me the son of Jesse Jackson, after all.  But now I see it playing out before my eyes at RHC.  The Obama Zeitgeist may be involved.  In another vision I saw a black man in a suit dancing and on his back were the letters “FBI”.  One day, Jesus promises, niggers won’t have to be afraid.

There is a wall hanging in the foyer of Jesus’ face looking down, disgusted, hurt and sad.  More accurately, it looks like he smelled something bad.

who say, “Keep to yourself,
do not come near me, for I am too holy for you.”
These are a smoke in my nostrils,
a fire that burns all the day.

(Isaiah 65:5 ESV)

The Lord says, They all piste me off and the word “epistemology” became “epistemol-off-ogy“.  I am grateful to God for his imprimatur.

Herd shot round the world

When I brought Eddie over from the homeless shelter, I warned him: I have never seen so many weirdos in one place as I have at this church.  The problem with many Christians is that they want to play the game but they don’t know the rules, being undisciplined and lawless.  [4] Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, [5] but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him:  (1 John 2:4-5 ESV)  Why is this important?  Because of the influence we have on society as a whole, as leaven, as salt and light.  As an example.  This pastor resembles king Saul, tall, young, handsome, from special forces, Christian leader, family man, everything Americans admire.  But Saul was an old testament type of the church in the pentecostal age.  His heart was not right with God.  He devoted himself and his followers to destroying David, a type of the overcomer, who had repeatedly proved himself a tremendous asset to king Saul.  In the end, he fell on his own sword in the heat of battle lest the Philistines capture and abuse him.  And where was David then?  He was busy with other things and Saul got “left behind”.  Specifically, he was engaged in a defensive war against the Amalekites whom God had commanded Saul to eliminate some time before.  We kill our wounded, eat our children, make them pass through the fire, kill the prophets.  The church is responsible to disseminate the word of the prophets.  God says, ignore me and I will ignore you.  Jimmy Gilpin viciously slandered me publicly at one of our meetings with every insult his stony heart could produce and accused me of eating donuts, but he was the master of the church, so it was OK.  This is the same Jimmy who I heard in the Spirit say he was a federal agent and who another heard admit that he was not a Christian.  The Lord says, Beautiful.  So I’ll quit while I’m ahead.

[9] I have written something to the church, but Diotrephes, who likes to put himself first, does not acknowledge our authority. [10] So if I come, I will bring up what he is doing, talking wicked nonsense against us. And not content with that, he refuses to welcome the brothers, and also stops those who want to and puts them out of the church.
[11] Beloved, do not imitate evil but imitate good. Whoever does good is from God; whoever does evil has not seen God.
(3 John 1:9-11 ESV)

[18] Some are arrogant, as though I were not coming to you. [19] But I will come to you soon, if the Lord wills, and I will find out not the talk of these arrogant people but their power. [20] For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power. [21] What do you wish? Shall I come to you with a rod, or with love in a spirit of gentleness?
(1 Corinthians 4:18-21 ESV)

[23] When they were released, they went to their friends and reported what the chief priests and the elders had said to them.
(Acts 4:23 ESV)

They were undefeated through May

I don’t know where to begin, yesterday or today, when I actually got thrown out of Restoring Hope Church.  Let’s begin with yesterday, May 31.

Jason started us off with a topic, examining ourselves.  It went very well, many had much of worth to say and we stuck closely to the Bible.  After an hour or so, I brought up the inevitable, I Corinthians 11:

[27] Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty concerning the body and blood of the Lord. [28] Let a person examine himself, then, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup. [29] For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment on himself. [30] That is why many of you are weak and ill, and some have died. [31] But if we judged ourselves truly, we would not be judged. [32] But when we are judged by the Lord, we are disciplined so that we may not be condemned along with the world.

(1 Corinthians 11:27-32 ESV)

Jason bites my heel

Yes, we are to judge ourselves with regard to the body of Christ in communion.  As we opened our Bibles to that page, Jason did something strange.  He may not have if someone else mentioned it; we’ll never know.  But it was never a problem before.  He got very defensive and told us that communion was Doug’s ministry and it was not our place to discuss it.  Only Pastor Doug, brother Newell continued, could teach or comment on that subject or quote from the Bible.  I said, We don’t have any popes here.  All of us are free to read the Bible for ourselves.  I mean, how many good men have paid the ultimate price to get us this far?  He was angry and said, If this gets back to Doug, what’s happening here, it will be on you.  I said, Fine.  It’s on me and proceeded to read the verses.

Jason claims he is the prophet over the church and the head of the Worldwide Church of God.  Maybe so.  But he also has good reason to suck up to Doug.  I have written about that.  I think what happened is that Slick was trying to “defend” Doug by hiding behind his skirt, so to speak, and he knew craftily that Doug was implicated by this passage, as he knows I also believe, that he has come under this very judgment for this very reason.  As I reminded them, [21] The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.”  (1 Corinthians 12:21 ESV)   Our bibliolater feared I would take it there and thus tried to make the Holy Bible taboo.  I didn’t go there or there.  Personally, I don’t think Jason is doing him any favors.  As you know, Doug has been convalescing at home for more than a month.

Meanwhile, over Monday and Tuesday, I had a great surge in readership on my blog…which brings us to today’s inquisition.

The Shunning

I came into the study late, as I have far to walk, unlike the others, to get to the church.  I sat down next to Jason so he moved and sat next to his friend.  When I started to speak about his topic, glorification, he got up and left.  He knows more than God so he didn’t miss anything.  When I sat down across from him at the soup kitchen, he did the same: he quietly got up and left and the guy who took his place vomited all over me.   When he came back in, as if on cue, Stefon confronted me about his belief that Jesus would never use the word “motherfucker” or “shit”.  I don’t either, by the way, unless it’s absolutely necessary, but I cannot speak for another in that regard.

1] who by a word make a man out to be an offender,
and lay a snare for him who reproves in the gate,
and with an empty plea turn aside him who is in the right.
(Isaiah 29:21 ESV)

The King James Bible says, You make a man an offender for a word.  And I said so.

For the record, God Himself promised to flush Israel’s first king, Jeroboam I, down the toilet:

10 Therefore, behold, I will bring evil upon the house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel, and will take away the remnant of the house of Jeroboam, as a man taketh away dung, till it be all gone. (1 Kings 14 KJV)

But, unlike the house of Jeroboam, dung is to be given a decent burial:

“You shall have a place outside the camp, and you shall go out to it. 13 And you shall have a trowel with your tools, and when you sit down outside, you shall dig a hole with it and turn back and cover up your excrement. 14 Because uthe Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and to give up your enemies before you, therefore your camp must be holy, so that he may not see anything indecent among you and turn away from you. (Deut 23)

Jesus promises the same for Christians who compromise the Great Heavenly Covenant:

34 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?  35 It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. (Luke 14 KJV)

The Book of Hebrews is a further warning against violating the New Covenant:

29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? (Heb 10)

So we have two proof texts as witnesses.

The New Roman Inquisition

Jason put Stefon in charge, who ended the study and started lecturing us about testing the spirits and false prophets and the role of ministers in the church.  Brother Cobb is Aaron to Jason’s Moses.  It’s always a lecture with these guys.  Pious platitudes.  He asked if everyone at the table had accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, because he is the only way to the Father.  We dutifully said yes, to his apparent satisfaction.  After some time of this, I said, Look, if you can’t tell that I am from God, then you need discernment.  It’s always innuendos with these clowns; never the truth.

Jason baited me by playing the race card.  He said how in the last four years, he never sensed any racial hatred from me, to which I replied, that’s because there is none.  Stefon said he asked Doug to come and confront me, but for some reason, he did not show up.  I said, That’s not surprising.  I said what I got from the Lord, Did you really think I would not fight back?  They told me I was insolent and slanderous and was cursing the church and them.  The only reason Stefon used those big words was because I once told him his insolence to the man of God would be punished, and I had told Jimmy when he publicly attacked me at the church and accused me of eating donuts that I could sue him for slander and that the burden of proof was on him.  The Lord backed me up; in the ensuing weeks, we must have read every verse in the Bible about not slandering or bearing false witness, whether we wanted to or not.  But how better for him to even the score?  I told them last week, I am not cursing anyone; I’m only bearing witness to the facts.  I said, each of us must choose life or death, blessing or cursing for himself; I cannot choose for him.  The curse causeless shall not come.  To no avail.  Stefon said I have to forgive Doug.  I said, No I don’t.  He said, Why not?  I said, Because he didn’t ask me to.  Stefon accused me of saying he would get cancer and have his throat cut out; I corrected him: I said, the last guy who said what you said had his throat cut out.  Funny how a clear word of warning can be taken as a challenge.  He tried to say, correctly, that I called Jason “unctuous”, but he could not pronounce it.  If it makes him feel any better, I don’t know what it means, either.  Stefon insisted I am satanic and demonic and they have always felt I am an insane heretic.  In short, I am the personification of evil incarnate and therefore, apropos the ad hominem abusive argument, which is a logical fallacy, nothing I say can be true. I said, I know that Jason thinks I am beneath contempt and, as I looked him in the eye, just between us, he knows he has always treated me with the utmost hatred and disrespect, which none of you guys know about.  And even if they did, it was not on the table.  These issues have been hanging fire for two years, I said, and no one will address them.  Jason said I owe them an apology.  I said, Apologies go both ways and I have an open door policy.  I said, God would have to judge between us and left.  There were many lies posturing as truths.  There is nothing new under the sun.

[23] Jesus answered him, “If what I said is wrong, bear witness about the wrong; but if what I said is right, why do you strike me?”  (John 18:23 ESV)  On or about the Fifth of June, I got the word, Another slap in the face from the Lord.

I remember, I told them recently, obviously to no avail, about a dream I had in the mid ’90s when I was attending Maranatha Assembly of God in Hampton New Hampshire.  I was in front of a board of elders and the pastor’s wife told me, We don’t want you sounding the trumpet every day.  Then I saw a cesspool outside the church and the pastor’s wife fell in, dissolving in the middle.  I tried to take off my shoes to jump in to save her and there was a pole on the ground so I picked it up and started fishing around for her, but she was gone and all I could feel were the turds.  She said, I hear you, David.  She got cancer and died a grievous death.

As of Thursday, June 2, I have not been back to the church.  It is amazing to see how people who claim to be Christians can be so obtuse.  God raised up the Jews so he would have a people set apart to receive the Son of God when he came to his own.  His own received him not.  The Holy Spirit says, He will not come back to his own.  I have always said, Americans would crucify Christ at a sunrise service and give ten percent to the church.  When he returns, will he find faith on the earth?

Stefon sent a lengthy comment for me to moderate, but when I clicked on “approve”, the whole blog went bonkers and turned in to something like a core dump.  I do not know HTML and there is no way to contact WordPress, so I had to cut, copy and paste and rejigger the thing the best I could and in the process, the comment was lost.  I can only conclude that it was not God’s will for it to be published.
